William Omaha Mackelroy was a successful Professor of Egyptology at Yale University until one day when he was knocked on the head and assumed the position of the reincarnation of the late Egyptian king, King Tut.


Egghead
(played by Vincent Price)
Had one solo encounter with Batman prior to hooking up with Olga. In his solo outing he made a deal with Chief Screaming Chicken, last of the Mohicans, that let him own Gotham City outright. Obsessed with egg-based crimes, Egghead hopes to marry Olga, Queen of the Beserobian Carsacs eventually. Egghead and Olga always perform their crimes together as the Carsacs cannot speak much English


Bookworm
(played by Roddy MacDowell)
Bookworm has been reading books and studying since he was a child and developed many skills from the books he read. He gradually became board with just studying and ultimately turned to crime with the notion that nobody could out-wit his super I.Q. Known to occasionally loose his temper.


Colonel Gumm

Played by Roger C Carmel - he was the guy who was going to make giant stamps out of Batman and the Green Hornet.


The Siren
(played by Joan Collins)
The Siren is an old nightclub singer that was fired from her job as her notes grew so high (to two octaves above High C) that she could control the minds of any random man. Her hypnotizing note does not work on women, however. The Siren once worked with The Riddler and has put Bruce Wayne, Commissioner Gordon, Chief O'Hara, and several other men under her spell.


The Archer

The Archer mimics the crimes of Robin Hood, only to rob from the rich, give to the poor then exploit them. The Archer and his henchmen always talk in old English which is upsetting to his female henchman. The Archer and his henchmen are brilliant archers and have only known to be beaten in a aching duel by Alfred, the Wayne butler.


Louie the Lilac
(played by Milton Berle)
Louie the Lilac is a sort of hero around the flower children. But underneath his exterior is a lying, cheating, criminal, obsessed with poisones lilacs and killing Batman and Robin and ultimately Batgirl. His henchwoman 'Lotus' was more of a villainess. She was the one who was willing to scald Batgirl to death in that chamber and she was doing all the poison making for Louie.


The Minstrel

Stealing the hearts of millions of ladies, The Minstrel made his first appearance in Gotham City by threatining the Gotham Stock Exchange building with his twisted musical crimes.


The Puzzler

Obsessed with leaving puzzles behind as clues for Batman, The Puzzler is on a never-ending search for fame and fortune, and to make his female sidekick happy by finally making her an actor.


The Great Chandell
(played by Liberace)
Blackmailed into a life of crime by his brother Harry for using a player piano at one of his performances, Chandell tries to marry Mrs.. Harriet Cooper and kill Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson to win the Wayne family fortune.Unfortunately for him, Chandell makes a few mistakes and get's knocked-out of the plan by Harry's lovely bagpipe players.


Shame

A failure as a cowboy (although he's to much of a coward to admit it) Shame and his gang (The Indian, The British cowboy, His fiancée, and her mom) pull off cowboy-based crimes in order to make themselves rich. Shame and his gang are a failure without their guns and are no good in a fair, hand-to-hand fight


Clock King

The Clock King is a clack salesman gone bad, when he finds out he can use clocks for more than just telling time, he implants hidden cameras in each of his clocks and sells then to the richest people in Gotham City. Then he watches the video to get the combination to the family safe, or he presses a button to release poisones knock-out gas so his henchmen can get away with the loot.


Ma Parker
(played by Shelley Winters)
The Greatest (criminal) Mother of them all, Ma Parker depends of her boys, Mad Dog, Machine Gun, and Pretty Boy to do her durty work. She also has a girl, Legs, whom she looks down upon: "Never send a girl to do a man's job" she insists.


Marsha, Queen of Diamonds
(played by Carolyn Jones)
Marsha, Queen of Diamonds-Marsha loves and I mean LOVES diamonds, diamonds of all shapes and sizes. She once tried to marry Batman to get into the Batcave. She also LOVES putting men, such as Commissioner Gordon, Batman, and Robin under her Aunt Hilda's love spell !!


The Sandman

Helps rich insomniacs by getting rid of their insomnia. But in the process he puts them to sleep in a hypnotist type of form and then steals their money. He onceteamed up (With a plan to betray her) with Catwomen (And she had a plan to betray him if I remember right).


Olga
(played by Cyd Charisse)
See Egghead Lord Marmaduke Ffogg
Rich European man, Lord Ffogg is also a blood thirsty, and jewel thirsy criminal, as if he didn't have enough money already Nora Clavicle Nora Clavicle tries to take over Gotham and succeeds (Partially) by becoming police Commissioner and replacing Gordon, O'Hara, and the entire police force with women. Gotham obviously falls at her feet for the talking.


Dr. Cassandra & Cabala

Dr. Cassandra's four mothers also failed in the art of alchemy. Cabala, her husband is always at her side, even when Cassandra and him take their "Invisible Pills" and commit robberies, such as: Robbing The Gotham First International Bank, Stealing a prize diamond, Flattening the Terrific Trio Batman Robin and Batgirl, Breaking into The Gotham State Pen., Freeing all the Arch criminals, and nearly robbing Gotham blind.


Mad Hatter
(played by David Wayne)
The Mad Hatter (alias Jervis Tetch) was always in search of interesting headgear/hats. His main objective in baiting Batman to pursue him was so that he could capture Batman and obtain his trademark cowl to add to his collection. By doing so, he'd expose Batman's true identity and ruin his career as Gotham City's premier crimefighter. (He never succeeded.) Mad Hatter always had a hideout behind some unobtrusive millinery shop in Gotham City. Whenever he set his sights on the hat he wanted, he'd show up dressed in top hat and tails, and wearing spats on his shoes. He'd request the hat (and was always denied), then would stare into the eyes of his victim and hypnotize them with a hypnotic ray transmitted from inside the top of his hat. Afterwards, he'd conceal the ray transmitter in his hat and steal the hat in question. The makeup artist on the TV series made sure the Mad Hatter character looked more evil by providing him with bushy eyebrows which curved up demonically on the corners.


Metal Mouth Minerva
(played by Zsa Zsa Gabor)
Minerva is in charge of a health spa, the front for a mind-reading, get the combination to this rich man's fortune, kill Batman operation.


Black Widow
(played by Tallulah Bankhead)
Always wore black. She was quite rich, due to some bequests by her late husbands. She decided to become a criminal so she'd always have access to enough money to maintain her lifestyle. Once, Black Widow captured Batman and Robin and held them prisoner, stuck to a giant web. With the help of his trusty utility belt, however, he was able to free himself and Robin.


False Face

A criminal master of disguise.


Zelda the Great

A female escape artist who buys all her daring tricks from inventor Eivol Ekdahl. Ekdahl blackmails her into committing robberies to get the money. Incidentally, Eivol also first appeared in the comics, working with a male escape artist named Carnado the Great.


Lola Lagagne
(played by Lola Albright)
A female con artist who tried to marry well, but found herself divorced when her hubby caught on. She then worked with Penguin on a scheme to fix Gotham's big ticket horse race.
